Edit at /vehicles. A vehicle is a registration the mileage log references. fiscode v1 supports
the standard-mileage method only — the actual-method (depreciation, gas, insurance share, etc.)
is a future feature.
What gets used
make,model,year,mpg— informational, surfaced in the year-end packet.in_service_date— informational for now; relevant when actual-method lands (depreciation schedule keys off it).
